At Global Stitch, every piece is made to order just for you — so we want to make sure you love what you receive.

Getting Your Size Right To help you find your perfect fit, we provide detailed size guides with measurements on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our guide before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at GlobalStitchWear@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind & Sizing As all products are custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size selection. We encourage you to use our size guide to choose with confidence — we're also happy to help if you're unsure, just reach out before you order!

Refunds Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at GlobalStitchWear@gmail.com to discuss your options.
